Shipping Processing Time 

• All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email. 

Shipping Charges and Notification 

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

• Crip Riot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, or want to send it back for a different size, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges, subject to the following terms. 
 
Both returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. All returns and exchanges are free. Refunds will be provided as store credit. 
 
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use 
 
Exemptions 
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
